PURPOSE: Provided is a health mat and laminated paper to generate treatment frequency and wave form which generates treatment frequency and wave form on the upper side of the mat so that it is effective in treating the whole body. CONSTITUTION: The health mat and laminated paper to generate treatment frequency and wave form comprises the parts of: an electronic needle pad(15) which is placed on the upper side of a body(10); a sensor for the electronic needle(500) which generates treatment frequency and wave form of an electronic needle under the electronic needle pad; a control part for the electronic needle(600,900) which sets the strength and the sort of treatment frequency and wave form generated through the electronic needle pad on a diseased part by the sensor; a display part for the control part(610,910); a controller which controls the strength and the sort of treatment frequency and wave form and generates through the sensor and the electronic needle pad; and a working switch(SW) which works the controller.
