PURPOSE: A device for controlling an LED by a stereo output signal is provided to control a flickering of an LED by using a stereo output signal, thereby reducing a mounting size because a generating unit is simplified. CONSTITUTION: An MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(310) processes voice data, and generates a stereo output signal. Plural amplifiers(321,322) receive the stereo output signal, and amplify the stereo output signal. Plural speakers(331,332) receive the amplified stereo output signal from the plural amplifiers(321,322), and output the stereo output signal as a voice. An LED(340) flickers by the stereo output signal.
