FOOTWEAR BRUSH INCLUDING FUNCTIONAL INSERT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A footwear brush including a functional insert and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten the length of an attaching process and to improve work efficiency and productivity in manufacturing the footwear brush. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of a footwear brush including a functional insert(50b), the insert having an edge layer(80a) of predetermined thickness is seated in a cavity(30) of an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20) for forming a base(40b) of the footwear brush, and the integral injection molding of the insert together with the base is executed. The insert is made of the same material as the material of the base. The temperature condition of the mold for cross-link in the injection molding of the insert and the base is 160¯180 degrees Centigrade and the time condition is 5¯10 minutes.
