摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an Al-Mg-Si alloy sheet with excellent formability is provided to greatly reduce manufacturing time by simultaneously performing heat treatment and impressing a certain DC electric field to the alloy sheet in final annealing process in the state that intermediate annealing is skipped after performing rolling. CONSTITUTION: In an Al-Mg-Si alloy sheet manufacturing method comprising rolling and annealing processes, the method is characterized in that an Al-Mg-Si alloy sheet is manufactured by performing heat treatment on the alloy sheet and impressing a certain DC electric field to the alloy sheet at the same time in final annealing process in the state that intermediate annealing process is skipped after performing rolling process, wherein intensity of the electric field impressed to the alloy sheet during the final annealing process is 150 to 250 V/mm, and wherein the alloy sheet is heat treated at temperature of 250 to 350 deg.C for 10 to 30 minutes in the final annealing process in the state that the electric field having intensity of 150 to 250 V/mm is impressed to the alloy sheet.
