t is disclosed herein an experimental refrigeration system for the creation of a Mollier diagram and the forced-circulation condenser and evaporator performance measurement, which refrigeration system is composed of the condenser 1, the high-pressure manometers 2, the forced-circulation condenser 3, the fans 4, the liquid container 5, the liquid filter 6, the flow indicator 7, the double high and low pressure gauge, the thermostat 9, the capillary pipes 10, the thermostatic expansion valve 11,the automatic expansion valve 12, the low-pressure manometers 13, the evaporator 14, the hand-operated gate valve 15, and the fan's rotation speed dimmers 16. The said experimental construction pertains to the cooling installation domain. It is a teaching aid for pupils or students and aims at the comprehension of the theoretical Mollier diagram (tracing, extraction of conclusions etc), the measurement of the condenser's ability, and the measurement of the whole refrigeration capability of the unit which refrigeration capability may be analogously modified by selection of the expansion means to be used and the air quantity transversing the condenser 3 and the evaporator 14. |
