PURPOSE: A time for expanding a life-saving tube is delayed to completely expand the tube when the tube reaches to a person to be saved. CONSTITUTION: A gas barrel containing a compressed gas(100) is connected to an operation button(10). A tape(20) is provided to fix the gas barrel to a tube(50). A check valve(9) is connected from the operation button to the tube to prevent backflow of compressed gas. A package paper(40) is provided to pack the gas barrel and tube in compact style.
