PURPOSE: A fixing device for a testing gear is provided to allow a worker to detect a problem of the testing gear in advance by integrally rotating a driven gear with a driven shaft through the fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A driving gear(12) is coupled to a driving shaft(10) such that the driving gear(12) integrally rotates with the driving shaft(10). A driven gear(12) is engaged with the driving gear(12). The driven gear(12) is coupled to a driven shaft(14) through a needle bearing(15). The driven gear(16) is integrally rotated with the driven shaft(14) by means of a fixing unit. The fixing unit includes a boss section(14a) integrally formed with the driven shaft(14), a synchronizer sleeve(20) engaged with a clutch gear(18), and a lock nut for fixing the driven gear(16) in an axial direction of the driven shaft(14).
