The device has an applicator to receive a substance e.g. fluid to be processed. Three propagation guides (101-103) propagating microwaves generated by three respective generators are mounted respectively on three plates to form a tri-rectangular trihedral. The guides are arranged in a symmetric manner with respect to ternary symmetry axis of the trihedral such that the generators are decoupled with each other.
