发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASUREMENT OF RADIATION DOSE USING FLUORESCENT IN-SITU HYBRIDIZATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring a radiation dose is provided to effectively and simply measure the radiation dose for a patient by using a fluorescent in-situ hybridization analysis scheme. CONSTITUTION: After sampling a blood from a patient, lymphcytes are separated from the blood so as to cultivate the lymphcytes. Then, chromosome translocation in the lymphcytes is counted through a fluorescent in-situ hybridization analysis scheme. The amount of radiation dose for the patient is measured based on the counted value of the chromosome translocation in the lymphcytes. Chromosomes of the lymphcytes are hybridized with first, second and fourth chromosome gene probes in-situ and the hybridized mixture is inspected by using a fluorescent microscope.
