PURPOSE: A lower structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a worker from feeling inconvenience in executing replacing work of tires and to improve safety. CONSTITUTION: In a lower structure of a vehicle, the ends of a floor panel constituting the floor of the room of the vehicle are each fused to the lower parts of side panels constituting the sides of the vehicle, and side members are each projected on the right and left sides of the floor panel. A rack gear(100) is installed to the bottom of the side member in the longitudinal direction. A pinion gear(200) engages with the rack gear, to rotate by a jack handle. The upper part of an operation frame(300) is combined to the pinion gear. The center of the operation frame is combined with a support frame(400) by a hinge(500) in a cross state. The upper end of the support frame is rotatably combined to the bottom of one end of the rack gear. A lever(210) to which the jack handle is combined is projected outwardly to the pinion gear.
