PURPOSE: A dust collecting system is provided which is capable of simultaneously and efficiently removing dust and harmful volatile organic compounds contained in polluted air generated from workshops of various industrial fields. CONSTITUTION: The dust collecting system comprises a dust collection part (S) for collecting dust, and an organic compound removing part (E) for removing volatile organic compounds between suction duct(1) and discharge duct(50) as a circuit in which a fluid flows by suction blower(3), wherein the dust collection part comprises a plurality of filters(12) arranged in a box shaped housing(11), a bag filter(10) that is the filter formed of fabric, felt and etc., and a dust collection layer(13) that is a space between the housings, the organic compound removing part comprises an adsorption unit(20) for adsorbing volatile organic compounds, and regeneration heaters installed on an outer part of the adsorption unit as a heating means, and the dust collecting system further comprises a damper(60) for changing flow path of air fluid for regeneration of the discharge duct, and a bypass duct(70) connected to water tank(71) for elution of the volatile organic compounds so that the dust collecting system is separately operated by a normal treatment process comprising target gas (G), suction duct(1), bag filter(10), adsorption unit(20), discharge duct(50) and discharge part(51), and a fluid circuit regeneration process of heating the regeneration heaters mounted on the outer circumferential wall surface of the adsorption unit and comprising the target gas (G), suction duct(1), bag filter(10), adsorption unit(20), discharge duct(50), damper(60) and water tank(71).
