PURPOSE: A superconductive weak link structure is provided to easily form a Josephson junction in a desired position by fabricating a weak link with a width of several tens of angstroms to several hundreds of angstroms in a superconductive bridge. CONSTITUTION: A superconductive weak link structure includes a superconductor. A region which has a varied electrochemical property and doesn't have superconductivity exists in the upper layer of the superconductor. The region whose electrochemical property is varied is formed by an oxidation-reduction reaction. A conductor layer(4) composed of an electrode material that forms a lattice with the superconductor is formed under the superconductor.
