PURPOSE: A single unit heat exchanger for a vehicle is provided to simplify formation and easily manufacture and assemble a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A first tube(120) is formed on one piece of a metal plate, and is formed by bending one end of the metal plate over the upper side of a body part(130). A second tube(140) is formed on the metal plate by bending the other end of the metal plate over the upper side of the body part. Inner fins(122,142) are formed by bending an inner fin formation part integratedly formed with the utmost outer part of the metal plate over the upper side of the metal plate at one side of the first tube. A heat dissipating fin is installed between the first tube and the second tube.
