PURPOSE: A display panel module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a structure and process without using a separate black frame forming process. CONSTITUTION: A display panel module(90) comprises a display panel; a black frame mounted on the inside of the display panel and integrated with a black matrix(91) for absorbing an external light to define an effective image region; and a front filter(80) mounted on the front of the display panel for shielding electromagnetic waves and correcting light. The black frame and black matrix are formed at least one of a lower substrate(95) and an upper substrate(93) of the display panel.
