PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting a gas suction part of a hermetic rotary compressor is provided to smoothly start a compressor by preventing surface impurities of a cylinder and a roller, and minimize thermal transformation due to welding, thereby improving the performance of a hermetic rotary compressor and reducing a defect rate. CONSTITUTION: A joining protrusion part(1b) is formed at a case of a hermetic container. A suction pipe(33) is fixed at a conical fixture(35) fixed at the joining protrusion part. An inlet pipe(30) is inserted into an inflow port of a cylinder by interposing a ring collar. An outer end of the inlet pipe is inserted into an outer end of the suction pipe. An inner end of an accumulator pipe(31) is closely welded to the outer end of the inlet pipe.
