PURPOSE: A clutch mechanism structure of a manual transmission vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the engine of the vehicle from being turned off on an upward slope road owing to driver's unskilled clutch operation, by arranging a hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION: In a clutch mechanism structure of a manual transmission vehicle, a hydraulic motor(70) producing hydraulic pressure is arranged to a predetermined position of a master cylinder(20). The hydraulic motor is driven by a control signal output according to a vehicle motion condition and automatically operates the master cylinder and a release cylinder(40). A clutch control method of the manual transmission vehicle comprises steps of deciding the operating state of a clutch(60); determining a change of engine rpm(revolution per minute); deciding a change of the opening degree of a throttle valve if the engine rpm is included in idle rpm; deciding the travel speed of the vehicle if the opening degree of the throttle valve is over a first reference value; and outputting a clutch-automatic operation control signal if the travel speed of the vehicle is included in a second reference value.
