PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of water based polyurethane synthetic leather having excellent texture, adhesive strength and chemical resistance is characterized by using the existing dry type process, having low production cost, not generating waste water by a solvent such as DMF and being environmentally friendly. CONSTITUTION: Water based polyurethane synthetic leather(100) comprises: a base fiber layer(200) which is comprised of fiber or resin-infiltrated fiber, constituting a leather base; an adhering layer(400) which is set on an upper part of the base fiber layer(200), increasing adhesion to a silver layer(300); the porous silver layer(300) which is set on an upper part of the adhering layer(400), giving texture of the leather; and a top skin layer(500) set on an upper part of the silver layer(300). The water based polyurethane synthetic leather is obtained by the steps of: (A) coating a thin release film with a water based polyurethane resin on 0.05-1mm of thickness to form the top skin layer(500), followed by drying the layer; (B) coating the top skin layer(500) with a porous water based polyurethane resin on 0.1-3mm of thickness to form the silver layer(300), followed by drying the layer; (C) coating the silver layer(300) with an adhesive resin on 0.01-1mm of thickness to form the adhering layer(400), followed by drying the layer; and then (D) coating the adhering layer(400) with the fiber or the resin-infiltrated fiber to form the base fiber layer(200), followed by removing the release film.
