PURPOSE: A single unit heat exchanger for a vehicle is provided to simplify a structure by integratedly forming a pair of tubes, thereby easily assembling a heat exchange apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A first tube(120) is formed on one piece of a metal plate, and is formed by bending one end of the metal plate over the upper side of a body part(130). A second tube(140) is formed on the metal plate by bending the other end of the metal plate over the upper side of the body part. Inner fins(122,142) are formed by bending inner fin formation parts formed at both ends of the metal plate over the upper side of the metal plate. A heat dissipating fin is installed between the first tube and the second tube.
