PURPOSE: A mounting structure of an one-way clutch is provided to effectively disperse impact load produced when the one-way clutch is operated and to reduce breakage of a transmission case, by changing the shape of serration parts each formed to an outer race and the transmission case and widening the contact area. CONSTITUTION: In a mounting structure of an one-way clutch, the one-way clutch is combined to serration parts(C') of a transmission case(12) in a slip joint type. The one-way clutch has an outer race(10a) having plural serration parts(C) on the outer peripheral surface at uniform intervals, and an inner race pivoting plural sprags on the inner peripheral surface. The serration parts of the outer race and the serration parts of the transmission case are each inclined at a predetermined angle along the longitudinal direction.
