<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat exchanger for automobiles is provided to integrally form a pair of tubes and integrally construct an inner pin installed in at least any one tube at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger for automobiles comprising a pair of tubes integrally formed on a metal plate, and a pin interposed between the tubes to perform radiation of heat, the method comprises a step of forming an inner pin forming part(122a) for forming an inner pin in the tubes at one or more sides of a length direction of one sheet of the metal plate (P); a step of forming a pair of tubes by bending both end parts of a length direction of the metal plate including the inner pin forming part, thereby contacting an end part of the metal plate on the upper surface of a body part(130) of the metal plate; and a step of performing brazing in the state that the pin for radiation of heat is interposed between the tubes. The method for manufacturing a heat exchanger for automobiles comprises a process of forming an inner pin forming part at one side of a length direction of metal plate to form an inner pin for forming an inner pin in tubes; a process of bending the inner pin forming part to contact the inner pin forming part with the upper surface of a body part of the metal plate; a process of forming first tube by bending a body part(124) at one side of the metal plate including the inner pin forming part, thereby contacting an outer end part of the inner forming part with the upper surface of the body part; and a process of forming second tube by bending the metal plate in such a way that an end part of the other side of a length direction of the metal plate is contacted with the upper surface of the body part.</p> |
