PURPOSE: A heat exchanging apparatus for supercooling of a multi-air conditioner system is provided to prevent a flow noise of a refrigerant passing through an expansion valve by cooling two-phase refrigerant generated due to loss of a pressure according to an installation distance of a high-pressure liquid pipe. CONSTITUTION: A header part(20) distributing a refrigerant compressed from an outdoor unit(10) to a plurality of indoor units(31) includes a supercooler(24). The supercooler has a cylindrical heat exchanging container communicated with a low-pressure gas pipe(22) to make a liquid refrigerant of high pressure exchange heat with gas refrigerant of low pressure discharged from outdoor heat exchangers(14). A high-pressure liquid pipe(21) is combined with the inside of the heat exchanging container to exchange heat.
