PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing radio-resistance or radiation-induced cancer, a kit or microarray for diagnosing radio-resistance or radiation-induced cancer containing the same, and a screening method of drugs using the same are provided, thereby easily finding genes associated with radio-resistance and radiation-induced cancer, and easily screening drugs for prevention or treatment of radio-resistance and radiation-induced cancer. CONSTITUTION: The marker for diagnosing radio-resistance or radiation-induced cancer comprises a nucleotide under NCBI gene bank accession no. X58876 or S93521, wherein the marker may further comprise a nucleotide selected from NCBI gene bank accession no. AF132483, J04806, X52046, AF077003, L33726, X13358, Z14249 and X14194. The screening method of drugs for prevention or treatment of radio-resistance and radiation-induced cancer comprises the steps of: subjecting mammals except for human to radiation; collecting mammal cells from the irradiated mammals and contacting the mammal cells with a testing material; and measuring the expression change of radiation resistance genes comprising the nucleotide under NCBI gene bank accession no. X58876 or S93521.
