PURPOSE: A roasting plate is provided to improve productivity by forming a roasting plate body with a metal bar having a vertical contact surface. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate includes a roasting plate body. A long metal bar(10) is repeatedly wound from the center to the outermost circumference of the roasting plate body. The metal bar includes a concave portion(11), and convex portions(12) formed at both sides of the concave portion. The convex portions have vertical contact surfaces(12a). An oil staying grooves are formed at the top of the roasting plate body by the concave portion.
