The method involves presenting a format of original flow (1) of digital video sequences from a wavelet based encoder, and a complementary digital information (4) to analyze the sequence flow. A primary modified flow (5) is generated from the analysis, before sending the sequence to client equipment. The flow (5) and information are sent from a server (6) to the equipment. The information allows modified frame reconstruction. An independent claim is also included for a system for producing a video flow for implementing a video sequence distributing method.
