The device has a cradle receiving a sachet and including a base plane (1) flanked at ends of two brackets (2, 3) curved towards interior and supporting a fine strap in the form of pouch. An upper part of a bracket includes an articulation zone. A latching point of the strap and the other bracket is located under the zone. A flange of type ring is extended on a side opposite the articulation zone by a pad in the form of fork. An independent claim is also included for a process of fabrication of the device of closure and suspension of sachets.
