<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator device and an apparatus equipped with the device, capable of improving usage for general purpose, and realizing reduction in the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation body 40 with a piezoelectric device 42 is disposed in the inside of an annular rotating body 31, and voltage is applied to the piezoelectric device 42. A protrusion portion 43 rotates and drives the rotating body 31, and the rotating body 31 rotates a drive shaft 23 to drive a lens unit connected with the piezoelectric actuator device 30. Since the piezoelectric actuator device 30 is constituted in a unit, having the oscillation body 40 and the rotating body 31 in advance, the oscillation body 40 does not have to be designed individually corresponding to the usage, and the versatility can be improved.
