<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report emergent important information by searching for terminals attended by persons in charge. <P>SOLUTION: A system has an information file in which information for specifying areas where terminals are installed and the terminals are associated with information about the certainty of being attended by persons in charge when the terminals are in operation; a priority file in which information about the plurality of areas where the terminals are installed is associated with information about the priority order of the areas to which reports should be preferentially made; and an information reporting function for determining whether or not the terminals are in operation to determine the areas to which reports should be made and to specify the terminals installed in those areas and for ordering that information to be reported should be output to the terminals specified. When the system receives information to be reported, attaches preferential orders to those terminals determined to be in operating conditions, based on the certainty of their being attended by persons in charge, specifies the terminals to which reports should be made according to the order information, and instructs to output the information to be reported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
