<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system that quickly and automatically mediate a transaction of resources, merchandises or the like of a short effective period such as ready-mixed concrete or fresh food items in consideration of the effective period and delivery time. <P>SOLUTION: Sellers and buyers use an Internet connection function of personal digital assistants to connect to a server, and transmit excess information and deficiency information about ready-mixed concrete, fresh food items and the like. In the process, a GPS function of the personal digital assistants is used to transmit seller locations and buyer locations as well. The server matches the selling orders and the buying orders with each other to mediate a transaction. When a transaction is closed, the server transmits messages to the seller and the buyer.
