<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting temperature sensor of electric motor that makes it easy to replace a temperature sensor, while making it possible to detect coil temperature accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature of a stator coil 8 can be detected accurately with a temperature sensor 4, because the temperature of the stator coil 8 mounted in the slot 7 of a stator 2 in an electric motor 1 is conducted to the sensor 4 via a temperature transmission pin 6, whose surrounding portion that comes into contact with air is covered by an insulating member without causing the temperature to drop. When a failure occurs to the sensor 4; the sensor 4 is removed from a mounting hole 9 provided in a frame 5, a new temperature sensor 4 is simply passed through the mounting hole 9, and an axial part 4a of one end side of the sensor 4 is just fitted into a fitting hole 10 of the temperature transmission pin 6, which means it is possible to replace only the temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
