<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel dental medical examination table in which a tray can be moved substantially in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the dental medical examination table with a simple structure, the moving trace of the tray is formed compact and which has a tray moving mechanism for allowing the tray to surely follow up an operator various medical examination work. <P>SOLUTION: The dental medical examination table 1 includes a first arm 3 having a base end pivotally secured to a first spindle 2 fixed to the vicinity of a seat 13 and horizontally rotatable around the spindle 2, a second arm 5 having a base end supported in a fixed relation to a second spindle 4 axially rotatably supported to the distal end of the first arm 3, and the tray 6 horizontally rotatably supported to the distal end of the second arm 5. The first spindle 2 is coupled to the second spindle 4 by a coupling means 8. The axial rotation of the second spindle 4 is specified by this coupling means 8 in association with the turning of the arm 3 around the first spindle 2.
