<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate a key touch of a piano when a damper pedal is operated. <P>SOLUTION: A 1st reference value storage part 26 stores a 1st reference value of the quantity of depression of a key. A 2nd reference value generation part 27 generates a 2nd reference value (<1st reference value) corresponding to the stepping-in quantity of the pedal detected by a stepping-in quantity detection part 28. When a pedal detection part 30 detects the damper pedal being operated, a switching part 29 switches to the side of the 2nd reference value generation part 27. A comparison part 25 compares the depression quantity of the key with the 1st or 2nd reference value and outputs a tone generation indication when the depression quantity exceeds either reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
