PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororubber molded item excellent in purity free from an outgas, elutable components, particles and the like from the rubber material, heat resistance and mechanical characteristics, and the rubber material. SOLUTION: The fluororubber molded item comprises a raw material rubber, comprising a tetrafluoroethylene/propylene copolymer having a metal element content of at most 1.5 wt%, and a high purity silica having a primary particle size of at most 0.5μm with its surface hydrophobized, and is crosslinked by ionizing radiation.
