PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life recording method for a nonvolatile storage medium of which guaranteed number of times for erasing a sector is restricted. SOLUTION: To a nonvolatile storage medium having a plurality of sectors which are segmented recording units, the recording system performs sequential write operations to each sector, and executes collective erasing operations for each sector. A plurality of data areas and control areas corresponding to respective data areas are formed on the nonvolatile storage medium. Storage information is composed of data body and control data for controlling the data body. The data body is attached with an ID and recorded in a predetermined sector of the data area while the control data with a corresponding ID of the data body are recorded in a predetermined sector of the control area.
