PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation program and image reproduction program for enabling a user to freely form an animation image to be displayed on a panel of onboard equipment or the like and facilitating the association setting of audio data with reproduction of the animation image. SOLUTION: A starting frame image and a terminal frame image are generated from a part of a material image designated by the user. Further, an intermediate frame image between the two frame images is generated. The resulting starting frame image, intermediate frame image and terminal frame image are made into an image file as animation images.
