PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the presence of a phosphomonoesterified compound (peptide, saccharide or the like) in a biosample or the like, even when a plurality of compounds are contained in the biosample, to easily identify a molecular weight thereof, and to provide an additive for mass-spectrometric measurement used for a method hereinbefore. SOLUTION: In this method of the present invention, a plurality of mass spectrometric data are acquired using a complex compound having very high coordination ability to a phosphomonoester group and constituted of single zinc isotope, and the data are compared.
