PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism-containing plant disease-controlling agent composition having constantly high controlling capability against disease of plants such as various agricultural/horticultural crops, particularly gray mold and stem rot, low-sensitive to various chemical fungicides, and enabling mixed use with fungicide or systematic control, and to provide a method for controlling plant diseases by treating plants and/or soil with the composition. SOLUTION: The plant disease-controlling agent composition contains microorganisms belonging to the genus Geotrichum. The method for controlling plant disease using the microorganisms is provided.
