The invention relates to a hollow conductor-fuel cell element (1) comprising a lumen (2) that is located inside, an inner electrode (3), an outer electrode (5), and a catalytic layer (4), which is at least permeable to protons and which is located between the inner electrode (3) and the outer electrode (5). The aim of the invention is to enable an adequate transport of electrons into the fuel cell element or out therefrom. To this end, the invention provides that conductors (10, 12, 13) are arranged inside the inner electrode (3) and/or inside the outer electrode (5) and/or directly adjacent to these electrodes. These conductors are specially designed for transporting to or from electrode regions of the inner electrode (3) or of the outer electrode (5).
