The invention relates to a torque transmission device which is intended, in particular, for a motor vehicle. The inventive device comprises primary and secondary flywheels which are connected by means of a vibration damper (24) and said secondary flywheel is connected to a driven shaft (38) by means of a clutch (E1). The aforementioned clutch is controlled by a hydraulic-fluid-pressure-driven hydraulic actuator (48) and acts on means (118, 120) for the integral rotation of the two flywheels, so that said two flywheels are separated before the clutch (E1) is closed. The invention is particularly suitable for torque transmission devices with robotized gearboxes for motor vehicles.
