The hearing aid (1) has an outer part (3) for attachment to the outer ear and having an amplifier (6). A flexible arm extends from this part. A hearing part is provided on the arm and includes an ear insert. An electric conductor runs through the arm and connects the insert with the amplifier. The hearing part is arranged in the region of the shell of the ear in front of the auditory canal to transmit sound waves to the auditory canal.
