A liquid sealed vibration control equipment capable of reducing abnormal sound sufficiently. In a first embodiment, the liquid sealed vibration control equipment is provided with a first rib arranged such that the top part thereof is located remotely from a lattice member, and a second rib having a width smaller than that of the first rib. When an elastic partition film collides against the lattice member due to vibration, the second rib member resists such that the elastic partition film collides gently against the lattice member thus reducing abnormal sound. In a second embodiment, the liquid sealed vibration control equipment is provided with first and second protrusions for regulating displacement arranged asymmetrically with respect to an imaginary plane passing through the center of the elastic partition film in the thickness direction. When the elastic partition film is displaced, the displacement regulating protrusion on the side opposite to the displacing direction reinforces rigidity of the elastic partition film locally to retard displacement thereof thus reducing abnormal noise effectively.
