The inventions relate to transport engineering and are used for increasing traffic safety for road transport, including the braking effectiveness of transport means in emergency conditions and can be used, in particular for car engineering. The inventive transport means is provided with at least one protective means which is embodied in the form of an impact protective device and with at least a second protective means for emergency braking. Explosion devices consisting of a chamber which is open on one side thereof oriented to the transport means are arranged in the body of the impact protective device in the volume of energy absorbing material. A slotted relief channel which is embodied in said volume of energy absorbing material is oriented along the rear wall of the body of the impact protective device. The outputs of the chambers of the explosive device are connected to said channel. The second protective device is embodied and fixed in such a way that a reactive power is producible and oriented oppositely to the travel direction of the transport means. Said second protective device consists of a body open on one side thereof, a detonator, explosive material and a packet filled with liquid. Said invention is directed at the improvement of the transport means reliability by using, in emergency situations, the reactive power of a gas-water flow directed oppositely to a transport means travelling direction and also by increasing the impact absorption efficiency during a collision.
