<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controlling method of a solid polymer fuel cell in which moist condition of membrane electrode complex is decided correctly and it can be rationalized. <P>SOLUTION: In the operation controlling method of the solid polymer fuel cell provided with the film electrode complex which is constituted that an anode electrode supplied with an anode gas, and a cathode electrode supplied with a cathode gas containing oxygen are arranged via a solid polyelectrolyte membrane, a calculating process to calculate the difference of output voltages of the solid polymer fuel cell when a contact frequency of the film electrode complex with the oxygen contained in the cathode gas is forcibly increased and decreased, and a humidification control process to suppress humidification of the film electrode complex in the case the difference between the output voltages calculated in the calculating process exceeds a prescribed upper limit value is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
