<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-stress agent which is daily and continuously administered for stress and exhibits safe and sufficient effect. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-stress agent comprises ubidecarenone and octacosanol. Intakes of ubidecarenone and octacosanol are preferably 1-500 mg/day ubidecarenone and 0.01-50 mg/day octacosanol.
