PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount the housing of an actuator shock-absorbingly with a simple structure in an active type fluid-filled vibration isolator wherein an opening at one side of a second cylindrical mounting bracket is resiliently connected to a first mounting bracket through a rubber elastic body of a main body to be closed fluid-tightly, and a lid member provided in the other opening of the second bracket, in which a vibrating plate is resiliently supported by an annular fixing bracket through a supporting rubber plate, and the flange part of the housing of an actuator that vibrates and drives the vibrating plate are superimposed and the both peripheral edges of the fixing bracket and the housing flange part are caulked to form a fluid chamber filled with non-compressive fluid in the second bracket, and the pressure of the chamber is controlled by vibrating the vibrating plate with the actuator. SOLUTION: The fixing bracket 58 and a cylindrical bracket 92 are caulked together directly by the caulking cylinder part 26 of the second bracket 14. On the other hand, the housing 88 of the actuator 78 is pressed and supported shock-absorbingly through a compression rubber layer 98 between the fixing bracket 58 and the cylindrical bracket 92.
