PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fiber structure composed of a nylon fiber having high heat retaining property and water repellency including shape stability. SOLUTION: In modifying and processing the fiber structure by reacting the fiber structure with a polyhydric alcohol and/or a polyfunctional amino compound as an auxiliary agent for functionality application and crosslinking reaction after a dihalogeno-S-triazine-based compound containing a hydrophilic substituent group is reacted with the fiber structure composed of a nylon fiber or simultaneously with the reaction, a simple substance or a mixture of a 2,6-dihalogeno-4-Y-1,3,5-triazine derivative represented by the general formula is used for the processing.
