摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent adsorption method for immobilizing a nucleic acid probe on a solid-phase substrate surface. SOLUTION: This nucleic acid immobilizing method is used for immobilizing a nucleic acid on the solid-phase substrate. This method includes incubation performed by bringing a composition into contact with the solid-phase substrate, the composition including the nucleic acid as a probe and a compound expressed by formula, HS-L<SP>1</SP>-L<SP>2</SP>-R ... (I), or a salt thereof, by 0.1 to 2μM in terms of total concentration (where, L<SP>1</SP>is a single bond or C<SB>1-15</SB>alkylenegroup; L<SP>2</SP>is a nucleic acid, a polyethylene glycol group, -CO-NH-, or -NH-CO-; and R is a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a ferrocenyl group, or a carboxyl group).
