PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval distribution method and a system by which a user of a mobile terminal can enjoy a service using the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A keyword included in a retrieval request is extracted, an additional keyword is drawn from the keyword and information desired by the user of the mobile terminal is grasped by using the keyword and the additional keyword. Furthermore, a retention place of the mobile terminal is grasped based on the retention place information of the mobile terminal and information contents applicable to the information desired by the user of the mobile terminal are extracted by limiting them to information about a specific area including the retention place. In the case of receiving the retrieval request, the input of retrieval information by a voice via the mobile terminal is accepted. The information contents are provided corresponding to URLs, candidates of the information contents to be extracted are converted into the URLs and the information is provided to the mobile terminal by HTML.
