PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that stable reception in receiving environment where transmission power is gradually increased and avoidance of performance degradation of other receiver by erroneous controlling a booster resulting from a cable failure, etc. can not be made compatible after starting the broadcast service. SOLUTION: In a digital broadcast network, a receiving system capable of optimizing the input signal levels of each receiver connected with a receiving system at the time of increase of the transmission power and by which no erroneous control of the booster due to reduction of receiving signals of the cable failure is generated is provided by acquiring increase information of the transmission power beforehand and attenuating an input signal at a tuner part or a booster part of the receiver so as to correspond to increase of the receiving power in future based on the increase information.
