PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of reducing the interference between different radio equipment provided in the same terminal and securing a satisfactory communication performance. SOLUTION: In the communication terminal device with a plurality of communication systems mounted, it is provided with a first antenna 3 which receives a signal of a first frequency, a second antenna 4 which receives a signal of a second frequency different from the first frequency and a third antenna 5 which is arranged in the vicinity of the second antenna 4, receives the signal of the first frequency which is the same as the first antenna 3 and terminated to a load impedance element 8. Since the third antenna 5 receives the signal of the first frequency which is the same as the first antenna 3, the third antenna 5 receives unnecessary radiation emitted by the second antenna 4. Then, since the unnecessary radiation received by the third antenna 5 is converted into heat loss by the load impedance element 8 which efficiently converts the unnecessary radiation into the heat loss, reradiation is not performed from the third antenna 5.
