PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quality evaluating equipment for a network call which can easily obtain the IP address of each call terminal even when a network connecting device is arranged between each call terminal and a communication network. SOLUTION: When an IP address indicated in an address list CML is changed, the IP address is updated by the address list updating means 52 of a network call managing device 50, so that the address list normally indicates the latest IP address. Thus, the latest IP address corresponding to each call terminal is retrieved from the address list by an IP address retrieving means 52, and transmitted to a call quality monitor device by a measurement information transmitting means 56. Thus, the call quality monitor device of each call terminal easily acquires the latest IP address, so that measurement is instantaneously performed when the measurement of call quality evaluation data is required.
